5. Tracking Your Order

6. Delivery Attempts

If unsuccessful, the order may be returned to us, and additional charges may apply for re-delivery.

 

7. Cash on Delivery (COD)

• Please ensure the correct amount is ready at delivery.

• Refusal to accept COD orders may affect future COD eligibility.

 

8. Damaged or Missing Items

If your package arrives damaged, tampered, or missing items:

• Notify us within 24 hours of delivery with photos of the package and products.

• We will coordinate with the shipping partner and assist with replacements or resolutions.
